I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and Board Certified Art Therapist (ATR-BC) dedicated to helping children, adolescents, and adults navigate life’s challenges in a safe, supportive, and validating environment.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Art Therapy and my Master’s degree in Counseling and Art Therapy from Ursuline College. My clinical experience includes working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, life transitions and adjustment, divorce and family changes, and LGBTQIA+ related concerns.
As an art therapist and counselor, I believe therapy does not have to look the same for everyone. I utilize an individualized, integrative approach that incorporates Art Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Strengths-Based Therapy. Creative expression can provide an additional way to explore emotions, process experiences, and communicate when finding the right words feels difficult.
My approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and respect for each client's unique experiences and strengths. I strive to create a therapeutic relationship where clients feel heard, understood, and accepted without judgment. Together, we work toward identifying meaningful treatment goals, developing effective coping skills, building confidence and resilience, and creating positive change.
I believe that every client has strengths worth discovering and the capacity for growth. My role is to provide the support, tools, and space needed to help you move toward the life you want to create.
